MORNINGTON RACE COURSE is the Gateway to the very beautiful Mornington Peninsula and the Race Course is located at Racecourse Road Mornington only 45 mins from Melbourne

The Mornington Racing Club produces an excellent day of racing attracting large crowds, and the best horses going around accompanied by top Jockeys and Trainers MRC is fast becoming the premier destination for thoroughbred racing, corporate enter- taining and major events.

The Racing Club will host at least 20 race meetings with over $2.4m in prize money for the season. With this prize money on offer and is sure to maintain attracting some the best horses, train- ers and jockeys in Australia.

Major events for the Club is the running of The Mornington Cup in February each year , because of the Grand Final no races are run in Melbourne and Mornington Club is the major venue on AFL Grand Final Day each year attracting large crowds and a great day of racing.
